Job Purpose:
As our Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be the driving force behind crafting intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring our products not only meet but exceed user expectations. Your expertise will be pivotal in translating complex regulatory requirements into seamless and engaging user experiences. Collaborating closely with our product development, compliance, and client success teams, you will create intuitive user journeys, ensuring our solutions are accessible, efficient, and visually stunning. Your designs will play a pivotal role in shaping our users’ perception and experience, ultimately driving the success and adoption of our RegTech platform.
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
- A minimum of 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a strong focus on web and mobile application design, preferably with some exposure to the FinTech or RegTech industry
- Extensive experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- A stellar portfolio that showcases your design expertise, specifically highlighting projects where you played a lead role in creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for complex applications
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to create high-fidelity designs and prototypes
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design patterns
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting analytics to inform design decisions
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to implementation, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience across our platform
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather and define product requirements, ensuring your designs align with user needs and business objectives
- Conduct design thinking workshops, user interviews, and focus groups to gather insights and feedback for iterative design improvements
- Create detailed user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate your design solutions
- Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of your designs, providing ongoing feedback and addressing any design challenges that arise
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure our products remain innovative, compliant, and ahead of the curve
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement
